Milk Chocolate / Hazelnut蛋糕頂放置了一塊toffee caramel 和少量榛子粒🌰下面的蛋糕是由Madagascar milk chocolate 製成mousse，個人覺得味道略甜😅，但口感是都很滑溜😛 . Gariguette Cake 是用上Gariguette 的strawberry🍓而蛋糕內餡是用champagne cotton cheese cream做的，但個人覺得這個蛋糕比較普普通通😅 . Yuzu / Lemongrass 是四個蛋糕賣相之中最特別的一個🤩柚子外型，它是一個帶有柚子味和內有白巧克力mousse 的madeleine海綿蛋糕，而且加入了日本的lemongrass😋，口感滑溜的mousse內帶有酸酸甜甜的柚子味👍🏻 .
