在家工作之發現新菜式! 電飯煲日式廣島蠔飯😽 好好食 不過大家記得落左好之後唔好焗超過五分鐘...個飯底會燶! 廣島蠔 10 隻 珍珠米 200 克 水 1.5 嘜 蔥花 適量 清酒 3 湯匙 味醂 2 湯匙 鰹魚汁 2 湯匙 薑蓉連薑汁 2 湯匙 (我煮嘅時候冇落 如果大家怕腥味可以落喔!) 日本醬豉油 2 湯匙 1. 用生粉同清水洗蠔,瀝乾備用 2. 準備一個鍋,將清酒,味醂,鰹魚汁,日本醬豉油 及水煮滾 3. 加入廣島蠔煮2分鐘,將蠔取出 4. 將白米及醬汁放入電飯煲,開始煮飯😽 5. 飯熟後,加入廣島蠔及蔥花再焗不多於5分鐘就食得啦❣️
