#Lucas小煮意 呢排工作開始多番，夜晚去 #南昌薈 #街市 買啲簡單易煮嘅野做晚餐 =] 今次見到專賣魚類產品嘅 #魚陣營 見佢有用 嚴選新鮮海魚🐟整嘅純鮮魚湯賣，只需加水加熱就可以飲到保持天然原味及營養嘅魚湯 ！ 我都好怕魚腥味，佢地用左6大除腥香料 (薑、蔥、蒜🧄、紅蔥、芹菜、胡椒)將魚烤至金黃微焦，放入滾水中熬制至奶白色的濃魚湯。令到個魚湯鮮味十足，又唔使搞到成屋油煙😂😂 另外買咗用100%全魚肉製造餃子皮嘅 #魚皮餃子 🥟，有三款口味，揀咗韭菜芫荽，餃子皮真係好煙韌、有 o 趙頭、口感與別不同，下次會買埋粟米鮮肉同小棠菜鮮肉口味試下👍🏻 唔得閒去街市可以去HKTVmall 購買：bit.ly/2xYDYJ7 #魚陣營 #純鮮魚湯 #南昌 #南昌薈 #街市尋寶 #香港美食
