全職鮮魚切割員(中工) 位於中環扶手電梯旁，「魚屋 」是ZEN FOODS集團公司旗下的首間「豐洲直送鮮魚零售店」。駐店職員為客人介紹各類鮮魚的食用及調理方法，為本地高級壽司店及酒店餐廳等客戶及一般大眾提供零售服務。除此之外，店內同時設有和食專區及餐飲區，客人可選擇外賣或在店內享用鮮魚刺身、壽司等食品及酒精類飲品。 職責: 處理漁貨（開魚) 負責處理鮮魚及海鮮，切割、處理及加工 製作刺身及壽司或其他日式食品 確保工作間的清潔和衛生符合公司所訂的標準 提供安心食用的食品 持衛生經理資格者更佳 工作要求: 3年以上相關經驗 有相關經驗者優先考慮 想學習製作及處理刺身及壽司的程序 小六程度或以上 良好顧客服務 需輪班工作 工作時間: 每月最少5天休息 輪班輪休 每天9小時工作(1～2時間休息時間) 詳情請按: goodjob.one/?p=115169
